Twin D6: A New Roleplaying System
Have you ever been interested in playing a game that doesn’t necessarily have a system, or like a setting but can’t get into the rules? TwinD6 is here to supplement these needs. It doesn’t have a particular setting, the core rules are made to be able to fit ANY setting and we do mean any setting.
Several settings are lined up and getting ready for publication, but to start, we’ll be offering the core rules so you can sit down and get to gaming with your group.
Tell Your Story
Our philosophy surrounds the story. Our motivation in building this system was “story first”. There are already some wonderful generic rules systems that are more rules heavy, but we wanted to develop a system that wouldn’t be too hard to get into and teach. Dynamic; your character grows organically with the progression of the story and there’s less management on the Narrator side. The rules are designed to facilitate cinematic description and rewards character flaws.
Can’t Find that Setting?
You’ve wanted to run a Matrix campaign for the longest time, but no system has bothered to take out the licensing rights. Now you don’t have to wait. With some adaptation, you can create the rules framework to supplement the story you wish to tell. Super heroes, anime, spies, the old west – you’re only limited by your imagination.
